What if the item i want is out of stock?
We try very hard to maintain our inventory, but in the event that this happens, we will alert you immedialty. Then we can try to work something out.
For example: you wanted a pink agate tealight candleholder, and someone has already put their order in for it, I will send you pictures of the other pink agate candleholder that i do have in stock. And hopefully there will be one that you like as much as that one. IF there is not one i will refund your order and give you a code for 10% Off of your next order.
We want your time with us to be a good time and we will do what it takes to make it that way.
How fast do you ship?
Pending receipt of payment, we like to ship the same business day. If we are unable to ship that day we will make sure it goes out first thing in the morning the next business day. Your item will be shipped priority mail.
Do you offer combined shipping?
Yes we do combine shipping.
You just shop as you normally would and before we accept your order we will update the shipping cost most times if the items are small or lightweight the shipping will remain the same. We charge only our cost for shipping.
How long do i have to pay for my items?
Payment is generally expected within 7 days.
We understand things sometimes come up, so if you need more time please let us know.
If you want more time than the 7 days just send us an email and we will put your order on hold, but please if for any reason you decide during that hold period that you have changed your mind please email us and let us know.
